Jeong Kim has served as our special advisor since December 2020. Dr. Kim is chairman of Kiswe Mobile Inc., a startup focusing on interactive mobile video. He is also co-owner of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, a private partnership that co-owns the NBA’s Washington Wizards, the NHL’s Washington Capitals, the WNBA’s Washington Mystics and Wizards District Gaming NBA 2K team and which co-owns and operates the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. Previously, Dr. Kim served as president of Bell Labs, the communication industry’s most heralded research organization. Dr. Kim’s early career encompassed computer design, satellite systems design and data communications, including seven years as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.  Dr. Kim has sat on numerous corporate, university and nonprofit boards and currently serves on the boards of Samsung Electronics Co., ARRIS International Plc., and the Nuclear Threat Initiative. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, who named him one of the 10 most influential Asian Americans.  In January 2014 the government of France awarded him membership in the Legion of Honor for his services in global technology.

Evan Morgan has served as our special advisor since December 2020. Mr. Morgan has been Manager of The Radcliff Companies, a New York-based private investment partnership, since July 2016. Radcliff invests across the capital structure seeking long-term compounding at high rates of return primarily in privately held consumer and services businesses. Mr. Morgan joined Revolution Growth, where he was a Partner, in 2011. In 2016, when he joined Radcliff, Mr. Morgan transitioned to Special Partner status with Revolution Growth. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Morgan worked for TCG. Mr. Morgan currently serves on the boards of directors of KLDiscovery, Shorecal Limited and JetLinx Global. Mr. Morgan previously served as a member of board of directors of Pivotal from December 2018 until April 2019. Mr. Morgan received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
